PorchFourth!

PorchFourth!

As we emerge into stage 2 of reopening after quarantine, College Park Arts Exchange is overjoyed to present PorchFourth! a city-wide celebration of LIVE MUSIC performed in the neighborhoods of College Park!  Using our grassroots network, we have matched over a dozen performers with pop-up locations for performance in five different College Park neighborhoods during the late afternoon and early evening of Saturday, July 4th.

We are emphasizing safety, so please, do wear your mask, observe physical distancing at all times, and bring your own blanket or chairs. Maximum crowd size is 50 people or less — look for some of these events to be livestreaming.  Also, plan ahead and use your bathroom at home before attending PorchFourth events! This is a rain or shine event.  Please put safety first in case of lightning.

Our list of talented performers include The Battery, Theo and Robert Baum, Rowan Corbett, Dominic Elliott, ilyAIMY, Patrick Lynch, Eric Maring, Security Council, Melissa Sites, Taiko Drumming, and Alejandro Valdes.

You are welcome to support the performers with tips! Some have provided online links to make this easier.
