Ann was born and grew up in Washington, DC. She holds a BFA from Maryland Institute, College of Art and an MFA from The Cranbrook Academy of Art, both in Ceramics. Ann also likes to draw, paint, knit and learn about new art media. She has been teaching children and adults about art for more than twenty years in schools, art studios, and hospitals. Ann loves working for College Park Arts Exchange teaching after school art at College Park Youth and Family Services and working with Seniors doing arts and crafts workshops.
