Glade Dance Collective: Dance Improv Workshop & Performance

Performance 7:00 pm ($15 suggested donation)

Improvisation can be a rich way to generate choreography, or it can be the performance itself. Glade Dance Collective members will lead a workshop introducing participants to improvisation techniques and scores, sharing how Glade uses improvisation in dance creation and performance.

PLUS, participants will have the opportunity to perform improvisation scores that same evening as part of Glade’s performance. Performance participation is totally optional. You may participate in the workshop without wanting to perform! Movers of all levels are invited to participate; ages 12+. Dancers wishing to perform should wear black pants and a black shirt for performance.
