Shoemaker Levy (aka Rich MacKenzie) is an electronic instrumental dream pop/shoegaze project that includes layers of reverb and delay infused guitar swirls over electronic beats, rhythmic bass lines, and cotton candy. Rich is inspired by the likes of Boards of Canada, Slowdive, Swervedriver, and Casino versus Japan. Special guest, Joseph D. Hoffman, a visual artist who will integrate movement of light, shapes, and images into the sounds of Shoemaker Levy.
