 <p>August 20\: For All the Tea in China\:  How England Stole the World's Favorite Drink and Changed History\, by Sarah Rose. Rose tells an intriguing history of how tea plants were smuggled out of China by a Scotsman\, so that England could break the Chinese monopoly on tea by starting tea plantations in India.</p>
