Languishing, Flourishing and Creativity with Melissa Sites
A recent NY Times article pointed out that the other side of languishing is Flourishing.
Some methods that contribute to Flourishing include self assessment; savoring and celebrating; practicing gratitude; doing good deeds; building connection; finding meaning in routine tasks; and trying something new.
In this 90 minute class, we will explore these methods through creativity — writing, sketching, photographs, movement, and more.
This class will run from 9:30 – 11 am on Saturday, August 7, on Zoom.
