We’ll be exploring the archetype of the antagonist or nemesis in depth–creating fully-realized opposition characters and discovering how they can enliven your work, whether you are writing novels, short stories, plays, essays, songs, or screenplays. Each class will be a mix of instruction, exercises, and discussion. Too often we shy away from creating, embracing, or exploiting the obstacles our protagonists face. Focused sessions will offer the chance to build these muscles and apply them to the genre in which you’re working.
Oct 23, 30 and Nov 13 from 7-9 at the College Park Arts Exchange.
Price $90
