11amAllison Hughes Acoustic covers and originals by Allison and friends.   Allison has lived, taught and performed in College Park for 19 years.  She directs College Park Chorale and is a member of local bands Paint Branch Creek and Laundry World.  AllisonSings.com

12 noon – Kampfire Karaoke Singalong with Rumi! Sing fun songs by The Beatles, Indigo Girls, and more, with a digital songbook!  Rumi will bring her acoustic guitar, you bring your voice and your smartphone!

1pm – Open Mic! Sign up starts at 1:00pm!

2pmThe Overthinkers acoustic trio — Amy Moffitt (vocals, uke), Chuck Rainville (bass), Mike Carlowicz (guitar, vocals) — playing covers of Americana rock, folk, indie, and deep-cut country. We sing lyrics that make you think, but not too much.

 Relax and recharge with the College Park City-University Partnership and the College Park Arts Exchange on Old House Parish Green!  Bring your blankets + chairs and meet your neighbors at the Corner Green (Corner of Rhode Island and Calvert) from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for live acoustic music from Mike HummelJoshica AcousticKristin Rebecca, ZooKulele Collective & Dave. 

 ZooKulele Collective & Dave are a local string group predominated by ukulele highlighted with a splash of kazoo (& Dave on guitar!). An upbeat ensemble covering a range of high energy tunes across a wide range of genres. Fun for everyone, come dance and sing along.

Kristin Rebecca defines the term modern folk. With a background in classical voice, lever harp and folk guitar Kristin combines elements from each field to forge a new sound in a traditional genre. http://www.kristinrebecca.com

At the Old Parish House, there will be music throughout the afternoon with Miles Spicer kicking things off at 12:00 p.m., Eric Maring AKA Mr. M, Dom Elliot, and Janine Wilson wrapping things up. Eric Maring, known to his young students and families as “Mr. M”, is an early childhood music specialist, a music therapist, a performing songwriter, and a multi-instrumentalist.  https://www.maringmusic.com

College Park Aviation Museum, Wrap Party with live music and food/beverage trucks 5-8pm.

Laundry World + Chorale Trolley Trail Day Wrap Party!! Close out Trolley Trail Day with live music at the Aviation Museum.  Local band “Laundry World” will be joined by the College Park Chorale for a special ‘one night only’ concert of iconic hits.  All killer, no filler, plus rockin’ choir parts. Bring a blanket or chair! Free!  Food and beverages for purchase.  

Laundry World is a rock and indie cover band based in College Park, named after the Route 1 landmark laundromat of the same name. Since 2017, the band has enjoyed entertaining local friends and crowds at previous Trolley Trail Days, local Porchfests, at College Park Day, and at the inaugural Friday Night Live! concert at College Park‘s City Hall Plaza. From rock to country to funk, you never know what you’re gonna get but you know it’s gonna be fun. 

 The College Park Chorale is a community choir performing a wide variety of choral music at concerts and community events in the College Park area.  The focus of the group is to welcome all who wish to sing and to create community through music.  Chorale Is a program of the College Park Arts Exchange.  CollegeParkChorale.org
