Lori Sen is an internationally renowned multi-genre vocalist and music instructor. She has performed extensively in the U.S. and abroad in operatic, musical theater, and jazz styles, and is one of the world’s most accomplished performers of Sephardic art song. Originally from Turkey, she met and began performing with Donnie Scally while completing her DMA at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Donnie Scally is an ethnomusicologist and bassist. He began studying jazz bass over twenty years ago, and has extensive performing experience in cities across the U.S. and Japan, where he has resided intermittently. After completing his PhD at the University of Maryland, College Park, he began teaching ethnomusicology, improvisation, jazz performance, and jazz history at Goucher College in Baltimore and other area schools.

Emma Chase is an up-and-coming pianist and songwriter active in the D.C. and Baltimore areas. She met Donnie as one of his jazz students at Goucher College. Her strong technical command and musicality left an impression and they began performing together.
